  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • During new product launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

outlaw American is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or VAT charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
