Returns

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests based on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Because each situation is evaluated individually, refunds may be:

  • Approved in full.
  • Approved partially.
  • Offered as store credit.
  • Declined if the item does not meet our return requirements.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
